I found the hotel's location to be superb, very close to the river and the Porto stadium and a stone's throw away from the city center of Porto, all while being conveniently close to the metro. The rooms, which do not have air conditioning but have windows to let in fresh air, were pleasant with a coffee machine provided. However, the service for housekeeping was somewhat lacking. The dining experience was enjoyable, especially with the healthy snacks provided. Despite these positives, the hotel lacked certain essential facilities.
